Printfly Corporation is looking for an Analyst!!!

This role will serve as a key business partner in areas such as forecasting, performance reporting, and sales analysis. Additionally, this person will be responsible for preparing reports for and advising management on the allocation of resources to best accomplish objectives.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Work closely with cross functional partners in Sales, Marketing, and Operations to report and execute against KPIs
  • Perform various data analysis of key metrics to identify, recommend and implement changes for increasing overall company performance
  • Assist in building financial models for budgeting and forecasting both revenue and expenses
  • Support the month-end close process by providing insightful analyses to explain trends and any variance to plans
  • Work closely with Marketing in analyzing website traffic and behavior
  • Support the business in analyzing product profitability and pricing optimization
  • Create and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly standardized reporting
  • Analyze, merge and translate data from various data sources into actionable recommendations

Other requirements include but are not limited to:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with SQL
  • Experience with BI platforms such as Periscope Data or Tableau
  • An intellectually curious nature – we want someone who constantly asks “why?”
  • Critical thinking, problem solving and the ability to work independently
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to multi-task and juggle competing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science)
  • An understanding of statistical analysis, forecasting/predictive modeling methods, and experiment design
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Ads
  • Experience with Python/R
  • Previous experience in E-commerce
