The perfect person will ensure the DTG department achieves outstanding quality and timeliness in the execution of printed garments and accessories while managing with our core values – commit, care and help.

The DTG Manager, is responsible for supervising and overseeing the entire DTG production processes. This includes coordinating daily shifts, overtime schedules, equipment availability, supervising workflow, monitoring output and more. This person will be a hands-on leader who motivates, sets an example for the DTG team and is always looking for ways to improve our efficiency while maintaining the highest quality. Patience, time management skills, and team building are crucial to this role. Some of the day-to-day responsibilities are:

  • Manage production workflow to ensure all customer specifications and delivery commitments are met.
  • Supervise and assist employees whilst directing tasks.
  • Ensure correct utilization of equipment, assets, and resources.
  • Ensure routine maintenance of machinery.
  • Help to resolve operational, production and maintenance issues to ensure optimal production levels.
  • Ensure that all employees know and understand company and customer quality requirements and production standards.
  • Inspect products to verify conformance to specifications and orders and makes quality decisions to maintain production/quality standards.
  • Work with leadership & direct reports to implement and enforce all company policies and initiatives.
  • Interact with other production managers to meet customer deadlines.
  • Supervise and motivate production team.
  • Identify training needs to ensure consistent growth in workforce.
  • Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed.
  • Ensure production floor is maintained & kept clean.
  • Assist in maintaining and promoting a positive team culture.


  • 1-3+ years management in a production environment
  • BA/BS degree
  • Tech savvy
  • Knowledge of DTG printing processes and equipment a plus
