PRINTFLY IS LOOKING FOR IT TECHNICIANS – IMMEDIATE OPENINGS!

AVAILABLE SHIFT: MONDAY - FRIDAY 12 PM - 9 PM

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensuring that preventive maintenance is performed on each piece of our digital printing equipment
  • Assist in the setup of new equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair digital printers
  • Troubleshoot print quality issues and determine best course of correction.
  • Work with the Supervisor to develop and maintain a variety of tracking and data collection systems, including vendor outstanding maintenance issue logs, consumable and parts usage inventory, printer downtime reports, service call response logs, etc.
  • Document all repairs
  • Receive all printer preventive maintenance consumables.
  • Report any and all inappropriate use of equipment to the Supervisor. ·
  • Comply with company rules and regulations
  • Must have the ability to work additional hours when needed

REQUIREMENTS

  • Computer skills are a MUST
  • General knowledge of ink jet printers
  • Mechanical skills
  • Knowledge of tools
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interface with executive, office and production staff
  • Ability to work overtime when asked or needed to accomplish production goals
  • Ability to work both individually and as part of a team
  • Ability to pays attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • High school diploma or GED
